Quarterly Non-residential Vacancy Rates

RAND New York Non-residential Vacancy Rates contains office vacancy rates for the U.S., New York, and New York metropolitan areas. The source for these data (except the New York average, which is generated by RAND New York) is CB Richard Ellis. See RAND New York Non-Residential Vacancy Statistics Background for additional information on data sources and methodology. Please note that not all categories are available for all areas.

Beginning 2009 in conjunction with CBRE's rebranding, figures are now calculated from a different data set for the U.S. Average.
